BN55 Gems Terms and Conditions

1Introduction

BN55 Gems is an online gaming platform that provides casino games, sports betting and related entertainment services to registered users. These Terms and Conditions form the complete legal agreement between BN55 Gems and every person who registers and uses the platform.

These terms cover everything from account registration and deposits through to bonus conditions, betting rules and responsible gaming obligations. They apply regardless of which device or method you use to access BN55 Gems — whether through the website on a browser, through the Android app downloaded as an APK, or through the iOS home screen shortcut.

2Eligibility

To open and use a BN55 Gems account you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while using the platform.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf — not on behalf of a company, organisation or another person.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list you have voluntarily joined or been placed on.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration and keep that information up to date.

BN55 Gems does not make any claim regarding the legal status of online gaming in any specific jurisdiction. It is the player's sole responsibility to confirm whether accessing and using online gaming platforms is lawful in their location before registering.

3Account Registration

Each person may hold only one BN55 Gems account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same phone number or different details — is a breach of these terms and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and any balances being forfeited.

When registering you are required to provide:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC or other identity document.
• A valid Pakistani mobile number that you own and control.
• A secure password that you will keep confidential.
• Any additional details requested during the account verification process.

You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. BN55 Gems will treat all actions made using your login credentials as authorised by you. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact BN55 Gems support immediately.

You must not share your login details with any other person, allow others to use your account, or access another player's account. Doing so is a breach of these terms and may result in account suspension.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals at BN55 Gems are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, direct bank transfer and debit card. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are shown in your account dashboard for each available method.

Deposits: Funds must be sent from a payment account registered in your own name. BN55 Gems does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is received from an account not matching your registered name, it may be held pending verification and returned to the source account if the identity check is not resolved.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. You may be required to complete identity verification before your first withdrawal is processed. Verification documents typically include a copy of your CNIC. BN55 Gems reserves the right to conduct enhanced checks for large withdrawals or where unusual account activity is detected.

Processing times: JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours of approval. Bank transfers may take one to three business days depending on your bank. BN55 Gems is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider once funds have been sent from the platform.

Fees: BN55 Gems does not charge platform fees on deposits. Any fees applied by your payment provider — such as bank charges or mobile wallet transaction fees — are your responsibility and are separate from BN55 Gems' operations.

5Bonuses and Promotions

BN55 Gems offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. Each bonus comes with its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to players with verified accounts who meet the eligibility criteria stated in the individual offer.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household and per device unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified for the bonus. Unused bonus funds and any associated winnings will be removed from your account when the bonus expires.
• Wagering requirements apply to bonus funds. Real money funds in your account are used before bonus funds unless the specific promotion states a different order.
• Certain game types may contribute differently — or not at all — toward meeting wagering requirements. This is stated clearly in each promotion's individual terms.
• BN55 Gems reserves the right to withdraw, change or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• If BN55 Gems determines that a bonus has been claimed in bad faith, through abuse of multiple accounts, through the use of automated tools, or through any form of manipulation, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be voided.

6Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on BN55 Gems are subject to the platform's betting rules, which are available within the sports and casino sections. The following general rules apply across all betting and gaming activity:

• Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. Please check your selections carefully before confirming any wager.
• In the event of a technical error affecting a game result or the settlement of a bet, BN55 Gems reserves the right to void the relevant bets and return stakes to the players concerned.
• For sports betting, BN55 Gems relies on official match data and results from recognised sports authorities. Cricket results are settled in line with official PCB, ICC and match authority decisions. PSL results are settled based on official PSL announcements.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. These are shown at the time of placing a bet.
• Live betting markets are offered subject to availability and may be suspended or removed at any time without notice — for example, during weather delays in cricket matches or when a match enters a critical phase.
• Casino games use certified random number generation. Game outcomes are determined by the game provider's certified RNG systems. BN55 Gems does not alter or influence game outcomes.

In cases where a bet has been accepted due to a manifest error — for example, an obviously incorrect price published in error — BN55 Gems reserves the right to void that bet regardless of its settlement status, and to return the original stake to the player.

7Acceptable Conduct

BN55 Gems expects all registered players to use the platform honestly and responsibly. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one account, or assisting others in creating accounts to circumvent rules or claim bonuses multiple times.
• Using software bots, automated scripts or any tool designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Engaging in money laundering or using BN55 Gems to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Attempting to hack, exploit or reverse-engineer any part of the BN55 Gems platform.
• Using abusive, threatening or offensive language toward BN55 Gems staff or other players.
• Misrepresenting your identity, age or location during registration or verification.

BN55 Gems cooperates with financial institutions and authorities in cases where fraudulent or criminal activity is suspected. Any funds linked to such activity will be frozen pending investigation.

8Privacy and Data

BN55 Gems collects personal data during registration and account use for the purpose of operating your account, processing payments, verifying identity and improving the platform experience. By registering with BN55 Gems you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

9Responsible Gaming

10Account Suspension and Closure

Where an account is suspended for investigation purposes, BN55 Gems will aim to complete the investigation and communicate the outcome within a reasonable period. If the investigation finds no wrongdoing, the account will be reinstated and any withheld funds released.

Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting BN55 Gems support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method, subject to standard verification checks.

11Limitation of Liability

BN55 Gems provides the platform on an "as available" basis and makes no guarantee of uninterrupted access or error-free operation. Planned and unplanned maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of some or all features.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, BN55 Gems shall not be liable for:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical failures, internet connectivity issues or third-party service disruptions.

In all cases, the maximum liability of BN55 Gems to any individual player shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
